Buying a home is probably the most expensive investment one makes in a lifetime. It goes without saying that the finances for such an investment are a crucial decision for anyone. There are so many schemes available to home buyers that for reaching a decision you really need to do your research well. It is also vital to know one’s financial state. You should be clear about the kind of installment you can afford to pay before you apply for any loan. It will be wise to pay attention to your future finances as well because future financial situation may affect how much you can afford and what type of loan may work best.

All kinds of building constructions are such as apartments, flats and villas are coming up at an unbelievable pace in God’s own country-Kerala. The daily newspapers reflect how many real estate dealers and developers are mushrooming all over Kerala. Of late Property in Kerala has attracted plenty of investors both on individual as well as corporate level. But it is better to exercise caution while investing in the property market and thus to go for a builder’s reputation. Lately there have been lots of builders entering the housing industry which has left investors baffled and undecided. It is sensible not to get swayed by the advertisements. A builder’s reputation should largely depend on past customers opinion and general market observations. Big advertisements are not a reflection of how reliable and worthwhile a builder may be. With many new players in the market today prudence is a much required quality in investors!
